3. Shipment Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipment information, including weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery locations, and freight type. Any changes must be communicated promptly.

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before shipment confirmation. Late payments may result in additional fees or service refusal.

 

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply if a load has already been scheduled, dispatched, or in transit.

 

6. Delays & Liability

Many Miles Ahead is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or shipper/receiver delays.

 

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipment delays or service interruptions.

 

7. Freight Condition

Customers are responsible for proper packaging and securing of freight unless otherwise agreed. Many Miles Ahead is not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging or labeling.

 

8. Third-Party Carriers

In some cases, shipments may be handled by third-party carriers or partners. While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for their actions or delays beyond our control.
